THIS IS YOUR INTRODUCTION TO THE FUNDAMENTALS  OF OUR 360 FIT PROGRAM. THIS CLASS REQUIRES NO PRE -REQUISITE. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

IN THIS 8 WEEK SESSION.YOU WILL LEARN THE ESSENTIALS OF POLE FITNESS  SAFETY, BASIC SITS, BASIC SPIN GRIPS & POLE HOLDS. AS WELL AS INCREASING UPPER BODY STRENGTH.
