THIS IS YOUR INTRODUCTION TO THE FUNDAMENTALS  OF OUR 360 FIT PROGRAM. THIS CLASS REQUIRES NO PRE -REQUISITE. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

IN THIS 8 WEEK SESSION.YOU WILL LEARN THE ESSENTIALS OF POLE FITNESS  SAFETY, BASIC SITS, BASIC SPIN GRIPS & POLE HOLDS. AS WELL AS INCREASING UPPER BODY STRENGTH.

THIS CLASS REQUIRES  THE 360 FIT ESSENTIALS CLASS AS A PREREQUISITE. 
IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL APPLY THE SKILLS THAT YOU HAVE BUILT IN THE 360 FIT ESSENTIALS PROGRAM  & COMBINING IT WITH THE 360 FIT BEGINNER CLASS.
IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO INVERT, CLIMB, THIGH HOLDS, ADVANCE SPIN GRIPS , POLE HEAD STANDS, INCREASE FLEXIBILITY & RANGE OF MOTION 
WHAT TO WEAR: SHORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS LEVEL

IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN SINGLE LEG HANGS, PREP FOR SHOULDER MOUNT, POLE HANDSTANDS, KNEE HOLDS, ADVANCED INVERTS & ADVANCED SPIN COMBOS
